How do I make changes to my QuickPOS subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription regardless if you want to upscale, downscale or pause your subscription. It can all be done directly from our backoffice at

In order to make changes to your subscription, you first need to sign in to our backoffice and go to settings and then subscriptions. You can also click here to go there directly.


Once you are there you will see a screen that looks like this:


From here you can up- and downscale your subscriptions. Remember to press save when you are done making changes.


If you decide to pause your subscription, you will no longer have access to any other part of the backoffice than the subscription page, which will look show the following:


When you are ready to resume your subscription you can simply press "Resume subscription" and you will immediately get access to the full QuickPOS experience.
